Global Gathering

In partnership with Power2Motivate, The Experience Makers has been proud to deliver Global Gathering — an annual celebration for one of Australia's leading technology companies — since the inaugural event in 2022.

The objective is simple but ambitious: bring a remote-first global workforce together in one place each year to build connections, set goals and celebrate their achievements. Guests journey from around the world to a beachside destination for five days of keynote sessions, team workshops, cultural experiences and social events.

Our scope is end-to-end. Working closely with venue and DMC partners, we manage budget, travel, accommodation, branding, theming, AV, programming, breakout sessions, entertainment and everything in between. A full hotel buyout each year ensures an immersive, distraction-free experience for every attendee.

Since GG22 in Phuket, we have proudly delivered GG23 in Danang, GG24 in Bali and GG25 in Dubai. Watch this space for GG26.
