The Experience Makers were engaged to deliver end-to-end management of LinkUp, an incentive program for leading technology company Linktree.

We coordinate the movement of 200 people from around the world for 5 days of face-to-face connection, work, leisure and recreation. Designed to reward staff performance, strengthen remote connections and set business priorities for the year ahead, the event features cultural experiences, collaborative activities and time to recharge in an iconic tropical destination.

LinkUp launched in Fiji in 2023, and returned in 2026 with the same scope and scale in Phuket, Thailand.
