The Experience Makers delivered end-to-end management of the 17th International Rapeseed Congress (IRC 2023) — a global symposium of leading researchers, producers and industry figures from the rapeseed and canola industries.
The event brought the international community together to share insights, showcase innovation and strengthen collaboration across the sector.
Held at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, the four-day program featured more than 200 speakers, an international exhibition, welcome reception and gala dinner. Our scope included abstract and speaker management, communications, venue procurement and coordination, branding and design, AV, accommodation, transfers, logistics, on-site management and program delivery.
Through detailed planning, clear communication and collaboration with the program committee, we delivered an event that reflected the congress’ international standing and connected research and industry on a world stage.
