Remote-First Company Conference & Incentive

The Experience Makers, in partnership with Incentevo, are proud to serve as project lead on the annual global celebration for one of Australia’s fastest-growing tech companies, Employment Hero, since its inaugural event in 2022.

This flagship gathering brings the company’s large remote-first workforce together in a single destination each year to connect, align and celebrate over five days. A complete buyout of hotels ensures an undisturbed experience, free from distractions and the need for compromise.

Guests receive direct insights from the leadership team, realign on strategic business objectives in person, foster meaningful face-to-face connections, and enjoy some well-deserved fun away from home and the remote-work environment.

In 2025, more than 1,300 people travelled from around the globe to unite in Dubai for a five-day immersive experience. Over the course of the event, guests participated in a curated program featuring a balanced mix of business-focused sessions, workshops and social events — with time carefully designed for sightseeing, exploration and team bonding.

Our role is to project manage the event end-to-end. We work closely with the venue, suppliers and local DMC partners to coordinate flights, transfers, accommodation, branding and theming, AV, keynote and business session programming, breakout spaces and social activations.

Since the inaugural GG22 in Phuket, Thailand, we have proudly delivered GG23 in Da Nang, Vietnam, GG24 in Bali, Indonesia, and most recently GG25 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Watch this space for GG26.
